Hi, I am planning to take the 6 day trip starting Nov 15th. I would like to clarify the below before I proceed with booking: 1) I will be in SF even before Nov 15th and Would like to know what will be the closest pickup point from 748 N. Mathilda Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94085. 2) If am booking room with double occupancy, then do I need to find the other person on my own or how does that work? 3) I see that all your travel itinerary starts on Monday. Do you have similar package (covering SF and LA) that starts on 13th Saturday or 14th Sunday? Thanks.

    Hi Boopathi:

The tour offers complimentary pick up at SFO airport so you can meet the tour guide at airport at 11:00am on Nov 15th and you can also self check in the first night hotel offered by the tour package. If you want to book the room with double occupancy, you need to find other person on your own. Our suggestion is that you can try to find a travel companion on our website by posting a note then make a Travel Companion reservation so that you can pay respectively. We have the following tours departing on Saturday and covering both SFO and LA may interest you. Please check out the link for further information.

    Hi Kimberly:

Please note that the Admission to the West Rim of Grand Canyon is not included in the tour price. Both the $6.00 per person per day service fee and the admission will be payable on tour to the tour guide. He will be collecting the admission before entering the Canyon. The service fee will usually be collected at the end of the trip.

Which of your pick up locations (from Los Angeles) is closest to LAX? Do you have complimentary shuttle svc from LAX to this specific pick-up/drop off point or would we be solely responsible for own transportaion from airport to pick up/drop off point (via taxi, etc?) Even if not complimentary, is there any type of shuttle svc provided from LAX? Thanks!

    Hi Kimberly:

The closest pick up location will be at the: Chinatown Senior Citizen Center. If you are coming from LAX you can take the Flyaway from LAX to Union Station. The price for the Flyaway Shuttle is $7.00, but the price is subject to change. Departure are usually scheduled every 30 minutes. If you are coming from LAX, this is the best recommendation that we can offer, the other pick up location are usually located further east or southeast.

    Hi HungDo:

The last day is arranged for your airport transfer, please note that the tour group will only drop off at the airport. From our knowledge, the Marriot Courtyard does offer airport shuttle services, so you can arrange for your transfer from the airport to the hotel. Check in time is at 3:00pm , however should your room be available, the hotel should allow you to check in. However if the room is not available you will have to wait for the room to become available.

    Thank you for your inquiry.

I am interested to take this tour from 21 Mar - 26 Mar 2011. Will it go to Yosemite? If there are 4 persons booking this tour, how much do we have to pay in total after accounting for the buy 2 get 1 free offer? As I will be staying at Doubletree Hotel, Berkerly, San Francisco, does the bus go to my hotel, if not which location is best for me to hop onto the bus?

    Hi Chan:

This trip will be the first Yosemite trip of the season for next year. The tour is set to depart so there should be no problem. However this is dependent on weather conditions, if weather should be severe then Yosemite and Fresno maybe substituted with Barstow and Death Valley.

    Thank you for your inquiry.
